OUR ABUNDANT LIFE IN CHRIST

What are your hopes and dreams worth?  Are they the God given desires that should dominate the Christians heart?  God believes in your dreams and wants to give you the desires of your heart.  More importantly, the desires God has for you is given individually when we were created for His purposes.  God wants us to develop: personally, acquire wisdom, and attain the spiritual desires in His heart for us.  Therefore, we need ask, seek, and knock to know God’s desires and destiny for us.

God’s children perish for a lack of knowledge and have lost, or do not understand, His vision for their lives.  This happened from a lack in our relationship with Him.  Spiritual life is God’s gift to us.  Let what we do with our life be our gift to God by finding out the desires He placed in our heart!  There is a treasure buried there and the key to the lock is healing through forgiveness.  Time is just a shadow in this life.  What we do with our life can make a difference in His Kingdom.   Whatever we need to do to be whole is the most important issue we need to face today.  How we surrender our hearts to God will create our happenstance and the joy we experience in life.  God already gave us everything we need to be whole through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Dreams and desires become reality when we believe God’s truth about ourselves.  Maybe this is the first step we should take today.  Faith is a gift given to us through the manifest grace of God.  He is consistently and passionately drawing us to focus on His Truth.  Healing our relationship with God is what must happen to be blessed and experience abundance.  We need to count the cost to God  and weigh His sacrifice to find our worth.  Then we may see our pitiful condition and surrender to God to receive His mercy.  God is always in our corner working for us even before we ever thought of Him.

Abundant grace is having more than we could ever use and placing a proper value upon  God’s presence working in our life.  Abundance comes from loving what we do and making sure everyone receives the true value of what we offer – the grace of God.  By doing what God loves others will be drawn to His light and we’ll reach a multitude of people intelligently and receive an abundance of grace by giving the treasure away.

The terms we associate with abundance as well as the beliefs we heard growing up give us an image.   The reasons people don’t already have abundance is that they need to overcome their mis-belief or unbelief.  The task before us is the transformation of our thinking, and it takes regeneration, a renewed heart and spirit from God so that we can know and understand spiritual truth.  Only then will we be ready to understand ‘mastery’.

Mastery is believing God called us to receive the gift of eternal life in Christ through a  true knowledge of Him by faith, which works through love, and to lay down everything that so easily besets us, and be conformed to the image and likeness of His Son by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, to obey the will of God in reaching others for Christ...

To receive God’s abundance, we’ll master what Jesus did, and do what He does.  Learning to share our abundance of God’s presence with others.  Then, the more freely we give, the more we ultimately receive.  Above all we’ll be a cheerful giver and praise and thank God for the opportunity to give His grace away without expecting anything in return.  And, then we’ll prosper believing God’s blessing will come from anywhere at anytime.

Today is the day to live passionately with faith towards God.  First of all, we must believe that God is, and, that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.  In doing so we will find our rest in Him.  God wants us to live according to His will and learn to rest and be content in all situations.  Contentment is being thankful for all things, knowing God is the Author and Finisher of our sacred trust.

In order to live an Abundant Life in Christ there are many things needed to be done in order to walk in obedience to the Holy Spirit.  There are things we need to surrender and trust God will do for us.  Faith towards God is living out what we truly believe while learning to ‘trust in God’ for any situation.  When we surrendered we began walking in His Spirit being placed in Christ by God.  We will never be alone through the trials of faith that God has prepared for us to walk through so that we gain experiential understanding.

God knows that when we start to receive the benefits of the Abundant Life in Christ we will seek Him more ardently.  God desires that we seek Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and spirit, out of gratitude for all He’s done.  Do you want to please God?  Seek Him.  What action we take to fulfill God’s will for our life will receive the abundant reward of knowing His presence in life.  We will know through growth in our walk with God that in Christ we can do all things.  And, the expectation of God’s presence lights the fire to live passionately.

Life will always be exciting waiting to find out what plans God has for our life. When we trust in God we’ll know that any gift from God will improve and should make life - more enjoyable, easier, better, fuller, and shared.  Our relationship with God is His utmost concern.  True growth and change from God will come through trials and tribulations.

The trials of life give us the experience we need to trust God who will always provide for us through a personal relationship.  He will be there or send someone to care for us.

When we get to the point where we fully trust God we’ll eliminate the wasted time we spend trying to accomplish our goals through our efforts and learn to rest in Him.  When we need to do something that God wants accomplished, the Holy Spirit will have already led us to the gate.  Until we are called by God, He wants us to rest in the finished work of the Cross and enjoy our liberty.  Our Lord wants us to take our vacations and have good downtimes.  He knows our need to rest from doing in order to have a life.  He only asks us to be willing to answer His call.  Resting in Him is necessary for mental and spiritual health too.

One of the keys to abundance is learning to view life from our loving Father God’s perspective.  We need to review God’s will against our desires, the devil is at war with the Spirit in us.  God’s will is for His children to grow into the fullness of Christ image in us. We need to find out and accept who we are and believe God for any the transformation.

Divine dissatisfaction comes from God the Holy Spirit and will lead to the path that stimulates growth.  Growth means that we are always asking, seeking, and knocking to find our ‘‘Why, or, why not?”, when faced with trial and tribulation.  Through painful times of insecurity we need to grasp the truth by studying the Word of God.  We are never told to rely on the wisdom of the world, use guess-work, respond to feeling, or, hear-say.  This is the time we learn to rest and rely on the whole counsel of God, His counselors and a multitude of promises.  Faith in God’s Word and applying it to our lives is the means to end the ignorance and to reach the end of our discomfort.

Faith is the rule!  Probability and doubt is eliminated through the Word of God.  We need to commit to mastering the fundamentals in order to persevere through hard times.  The abundant life begins when we surrender ourselves to God to fulfill our destiny in us - one step at a time.  In order to succeed we must have Godly reasons and use His principles.

Integrity is a new creation character trait.  The renewed spirit communes with God and will persuade us to pray in order to achieve our God-given desires.  When the Holy Spirit motivates us He will accompany our prayers.  Each prayer is a step that reaches all the way to the Throne of Grace.  If we ask God He will change our hearts accordingly and motivate us through His presence to attain the godly desires He’s given us.  Eventually, through our experiential prayers of faith, we will learn to count the blessing and thank God for His providential care.  Through God’s intervention in our life we learn to exercise our faith towards Him.  This is, The Way.  Surrendering to God is required as an expression of our personal trust in Him.

As a new creation we make a choice every day to follow our renewed heart’s desire and take steps that sometimes lead to immediate action.  When we do, we need to remember that we actually come before the Throne of God.  While we are praying for guidance we are to rest in our relationship with Jesus and make our petitions known.

Since we received the righteousness of Christ we are given the right to come before God, for it is written, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. -- Heb.4:16.  When we put our faith into practice we are to cast all our cares upon the Lord.  The Holy Spirit cares that we learn to be obedient to His call.  We encourages us to ask, seek, and knock to receive and thoroughly understand God’s will.

What causes feelings of failure - find where you lack faith and you’ll see where you lack knowledge.  The truth dispels the darkness and replaces fear with faith.  The false beliefs we have caused deceptive irrational thinking.  Our mind needs renewal.  We need to replace our mis-beliefs with the truth.  After we find the truth in Scripture we should always meditate upon the Word of Life while committing God’s promises to memory.

One benefit of living in the truth is to know ‘the joy of the Lord is our strength!’ Jesus is our author and finisher of our faith, he is our personal savior.  We can know Jesus as a friend but only after we share in His life, death, burial, resurrection, and ascension.

Regeneration happens only after the Holy Spirit reveals the Lord Jesus Christ as God the Son.  Jesus is the incarnation of God in a man’s body.  We all feel hollow until He begins to fill the need He already implanted in us.  We don’t know the truth until the Holy Spirit speaks life to the deadness of our unregenerate spirit.  This intervention sparks a desire for a relationship with Him inspiring us to search for him.  We choose to respond God’s love and walk towards the light as the Holy Spirit draws us ever closer.

To continually walk in Christ’s light we need only make a conscious decision once to devote our daily life to Christ through thought, word, and deed.  Then God the Holy Spirit will take over to continue laying a proper foundation in Christ.  We are disciples of the Holy Spirit and He will direct our paths to learn more of Christ.  He is humble and willing to lead us into all truth.

The Holy Spirit will lead us to be imitators of Christ and to be doers of the word.  The Holy Spirit will prevail upon us to let the word of God indwell us.  Through His direction we will bring glory to God’s name through our lives, the fruit of the Holy Spirit’s presence in us.  He is the reason for the fruit to begin to blossom in our life.  God’s desires an abundance in our life so just relax and soak up the Son-shine and our heavenly Father’s approval.

CHRIST IN ME, THE HOPE OF GLORY

‘To Experience Life With Passion - Is To Glorify The Lord!’

The Joy Of The Lord Is My Strength! - Nehemiah 6:8

God knows you for your personal commitment to continual growth in the knowledge and wisdom of Him.  By making a choice you have already begun the journey to a deeper understanding of the truth, which will lead you into a more personal and intimate relationship with God, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

The universe’s design reveals the nature of God and our divinely created image and likeness.  The simple steps to walk in the Spirit and the inspire the lives of those who encompass your life are yours for the taking.  In this work the keys of the mystery hidden through the ages is revealed, which is ‘Christ in you the hope of glory’.

If your faith in God is to give you life it must be based on the truth.  To live with passion we must experience His life working through us on a daily basis.  For our life to be eternally affected by the Word of God we must come to the banqueting table and dine - Rev.3-20-23.  Truly the spirit of God in you is willing.  By a self-conscious decision you have acted in faith toward God.  It is God gift to us to reveal His life being lived through us as sons and daughters of the Most High God, Elohim.

All of creation is waiting for the manifestation of the Sons and daughters of God who were born, not by the will of man, but by the power and wisdom of God.  For you have been called out to be a chosen generation to manifest the riches and goodness of His grace through the life of Christ within you.

The truth is plain to see for those who are born of the Spirit.  For we have received the Spirit of love, power, and a sound mind so that we are not tossed about by every wind of doctrine.  Now we are the children of God who are led by His Spirit.  We have been quickened, born again of His Spirit to proclaim the Good News - Isaiah 61.

We have been changed; we have received a renewed heart and spirit.  In Christ Jesus we can do all things.  By submitting to God’s will we have received eternal life; we were chosen to serve God by His calling is His enabling; the fruit of His Spirit works in our life; and, we have been called out of darkness and into the marvelous life in Christ.

13.  providing  us as individuals with His Spirit in us to overcome habitual sin

OUR SURRENDER TO AN INSPIRED NEW NATURE

The essence of a healthy faith is to trust God and oneself.  To know oneself is worthy of God’s love completes my need.  My joy comes from knowing of God’s everlasting love, while my happiness comes from living out my faith as God intended.  Being free from condemnation sets me free to live life passionately and this empowers my spirit to respond to God’s desires for my life.  And, I know my character is divinely inspired by the fact that I know, ‘I am accepted in Christ and belong to God!’

The power to live obediently comes from actually living in obedience.  When I make a conscious choice to serve God, I think and reason scripturally, this reinforces my awareness of God working in my life.  When I behave appropriately and my life works, I am more likely to obey God’s moral laws.  As my faith in God grows in the light of trials and tribulations I am more likely to persist (persevere under trial).  As I persevere and succeed more often, I reinforce my belief system, which becomes self-perpetuating.  Obedience brings self-respect and attracts the same appropriate behavior from others.

Appropriate behavior allows us to feel better and allows us to live better - to respond to challenges and opportunities more resourcefully and appropriately.  Now I can believe with God in my life that, “We can do all things ‘in Christ!’”  Humility is God given and comes from knowing that God through Christ enables us to do all things through Him, by Him and of Him.  I am God’s handiwork prepared to walk into good works with Him.

Our daily personal commitment to continual growth in the knowledge and wisdom of God comes from His Spirit working in you.  By making a choice we began the journey to a deeper understanding of the truth and this choice will lead to a more personal and intimate relationship with God, our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

The course is designed to reveal the nature of the flesh at war with His divinely created image and likeness of Him in us.  The steps to overcome the works of the flesh will immediately begin to benefit your walk in the Spirit and life.  In this work, the keys to the Victorious Life come to light through Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Now is the day and time.  God’s desire is to reveal Christ’s life being lived through us as sons and daughters of the Most High God, Elohim.  If our faith in God is to give spiritual life it must be based on the truth.  To live with passion we must experience His life working through us on a daily basis.  For our life to be eternally affected by the Word of God we must come to the banqueting table and dine.  God will more than satisfy every need we have.  Truly, the Spirit of God is willing to manifest His presence with those who have faith.

By a conscious decision we have acted in faith toward God.  Now all of creation is waiting for the manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of God who were born, not by the will of man, but by the power and wisdom of God.  For we have been called out to be a chosen generation of Kings and Priests to manifest the riches and goodness of His grace through the life of Christ within you.            The truth is plain to see for those who are born of the Spirit.  For we have received the Spirit of love, power, and a sound mind so that we are not tossed about by every wind of doctrine.  Scripture declares that we are the children of God who are led by His Spirit.  We have been quickened, born again of His Spirit to proclaim the Good News that there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus.

We have been changed; we have received a renewed heart and spirit.  We can do all things in Christ to accommodate God’s will.  We have received eternal life.  We choose each day to serve God – His calling is His enabling.  We see the fruit of the Spirit working in our lives.  We have been called out of darkness and into the marvelous light of His life in us.  We reflect Christ life in us, and yet, there are reasons we do not serve God with our total being, and embrace the Cross.  We serve half-heartedly until the old way is severed.

Through the old gates of memories Satan places obstacles to the Cross.  The enemy opposes the Holy Spirit’s desire for us to embrace Christ’s substitutionary death and attacks the work of Jesus.  Satan does not want us to believe that Jesus’ sacrifice is less than adequate for our total redemption.

There is no way or need to improve on the work of the Cross.  The more dependent we become on Jesus work, the deeper our understanding is of the sufficiency of His work accomplished on Golgotha.  The only thing that stands in our way of victory is unbelief.  Here are some obstacles to the Cross we need ‘self’ to die too and begin to live ‘in Christ’:

1. Fear of humiliation, failure, and rejection - 1 Pe. 5:5,6

2. Bitterness - from past hurts, blanket forgiveness just covers up pain

3. Unforgiveness – we may need to stop dragging around the ‘ball and chain’

4. Seeking benefits of Christ instead of Christ Himself

5. Unbelief or spiritual deterioration - He. 3:19; 4:2

6. No conviction of Flesh (self).  Therefore, there is no need for death

7. Demonic interference; accepting the fact that we may need to be set free

8. Trying to live the principle or concept of the exchanged life - just let Christ live it

Once the believer has entered into identification the presenting problems should be much easier to deal with.  Having given up all their rights will free them to look at previous problems from a different perspective.  They are now opportunities for the life of Christ to be manifested.   The following issues can now be seen through Christ’s life in us:

Emotions     Righteousness       Victory       Self-worth    Indwelling sin/power of sin    Behavior     Marriage roles Forgiveness         Child-rearing          Identification           Sexual relationships                   Personal Responsibility

WHAT JESUS DID FOR US

THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN JESUS CHRIST -ROMANS 8:1-2

I am justified (completely and made righteous)

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, -- Rom 5:1

I died with Christ and died to the power of sin's rule on my life

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?  Certainly not!

How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?  Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?  Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.  For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. -- Rom 6:1-6

I am free from condemnation

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. -- Rom 8:1

I have been put into Christ by God's doing

But of Him (God) you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God; and righteousness and sanctification and redemption; -- 1 Cor 1:30

I have received the Spirit of God into my life that I might know the things freely given to me by God

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. -- 1 Cor 2:12

I have been given the mind (attitude) of Christ

For ‘who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?’ But we have the mind of Christ. -- 1 Cor 2:16

I am bought with a price.  I am not my own.  I belong to God.

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?  For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.-1 Cor 6:19-20

I received the Holy Spirit as a pledge (a deposit/down payment) guaranteeing my inheritance to come

Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God  -- 2 Cor 1:21

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. -- Eph 1:13,14

Since I have died, I no longer live for myself, but for Him (Christ).

For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for them-selves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. -- 2 Cor 5:14

The life I am now living is Christ's life. He lives His life through me, if I let Him

‘I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.’ -- Gal 2:20

I am blessed with every spiritual blessing, chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world, to be adopted as a son

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, -- Eph 1:3-5

I have been redeemed, forgiven, and am a recipient of His lavish grace

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, -- Eph 1:7-8

I have been made alive together with Christ

... even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), -- Eph 2:5

I have been raised up and seated with Christ in heaven

... and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, -- Eph 2:6

I have direct access to God through the Spirit

For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father. -- Eph 2:18

I may approach God with boldness, freedom and confidence

...in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. -- Eph 3:12

I have been delivered (rescued) from the domain of darkness (Satan's rule) -- Col 1:13

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

I am redeemed and forgiven all my sins (the debt against me canceled)

... in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. -- Col 1:14

And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,  having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the Cross. -- Col 2:13,14

I am in Christ and He is in me

To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. -- Col 1:27

I have been firmly rooted in Christ and am now being built up in Him

As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him,  rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. -- Col 2:6,7

I have been made complete in Christ and my old, unregenerate nature has been removed

... and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.  In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, -- Col 2:10-11

I have been buried, raised, and made alive with Christ

... buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.  And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, -- Col 2:12

I died and God raised us up with Christ and my life now hidden with Christ in God.

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.  Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.  For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. -- Col 3:1-4

I am given a spirit of power, love and a sound mind (self-discipline)

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. -- 2 Tim 1:7

I have been saved and called (set apart) according to God's doing

(God) who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, -- 2 Tim 1:9

(Salvation is) not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, -- Titus 3:5

Because I am sanctified and am one with the one who Sanctifies, the Lord Jesus Christ

For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, -- Heb 2:11

I have a right to come boldly to the throne of God’s grace to find mercy in time of need

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. -- Heb 4:16

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,  by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. -2 Pet 1:2-4
