support receives is answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

you send a message to the APC support and do not receive a reply within
24 hours, it is due to your email account and/or spam filter --
you'll need to send your message again from a different email address. We
cannot respond to messages that bounce due to bad email addresses, spam
blockers or full inboxes.

You
can create more than one account as long as you notify the administrator
of your intentions and make sure that the email accounts are not identical. If
you sign up for more than one account, the additional account(s) will
automatically be deleted unless you follow the procedure above.

you provide to APC will remain private and will never be sold, traded or
given away to third parties. We also DO NOT tolerate spam from members.
If you join APC and send unrelated messages to the administrator or any
